| In Car Audio
Imagine a day without sounds. Without something to occupy the time and space between point A. and point B. It would be rough, but it doesn't have to be. American's spend more time in their cars than ever before and the time spent in cars is becoming more and more stretched out. There are people who commute an hour or more a day into work and then back home again and without in-car audio the entire process would likely be mind-numbing.
In car audio comes equipped on every vehicle that is no produced, for the most part, but many in-car audio systems are rather subpar. They are thrown in by manufacturers as an expected feature but if patrons want to hear great sound they are forced to upgrade to a premium package or go with aftermarket components to beef up a sound system. To be honest if you are looking for great sound at a minimal price it is probably best to go with aftermarket audio components to get a great sound.
Premium sound packages are great and everything but adding a package to a new car can be rather expensive and the same effect can be gotten from after market components for great in-car audio. Adding a subwoofer and amplifier, for example, can boost even the lamest of in-car audio. In the case of used or older cars, well, the decision has already been made and the only option is to go with aftermarket parts or head to the dealership for an expensive parlay into the audio workings of a dealership service center.
In-car audio is no longer something you can decide for or against. Your only option is to go with it, but if you are forced into the realm of in-car audio there is no reason to go with a shoddy system that a dealership or manufacturer has thrown on in an attempt to get away with a nice cheap job while offering it's customers the features or feature set that they are looking for. Both premium packages offered by manufacturers or aftermarket solutions are a great option to get the bump back into in-car audio. |
